The 97th Contracting Flight hereby issues the following combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 and FAR subpart 13.5, as supplemented, with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested.

This requirement is a  100% Small Business Set-Aside. 

Solicitation number FA441918Q0015 is hereby issued as a FOB Destination Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99. This acquisition is classified under North American Industry Classification System code 812320 with a size standard of $5.5M. Please ensure that the vendor's SAM information is up to date, active, and reflects the business size under NAICS Code 812320.

 Your SAM information has to be active and correct to be eligible for award. 

 When submitting quotes for this award please include a completed copy of provisions 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications and your TIN (tax identification number).
