주요업무내용 | • Conducts routine inspections of machinery, automation and utilities that are fundamental to production • Completes repairs and maintenance to machinery and utility systems as required • Supports production system output, providing on call and after hours support if required to support business objectives. • Documents daily maintenance and PM log reports and completes all necessary paperwork that pertains to this • Maintains and organizes the spare parts areas, ensuring that adequate spare part inventory is upheld Conducts daily checks of utility system and ensures equipment is operating at key levels • Coordinates contractors as required to provide support assistance when necessary • Provides schedule change vacation coverages for the injection molding division if requested • Listens and positively reacts to concerns of the production departments and participates in root cause corrections • Supports conversions of molds and inserts when requested. • Active participation in the Health and Safety program. • Must adhere to the Company's Good manufacturing Practices(GMP). • Ensures the plant is maintained at a high standard of housekeeping. • Performs other duties for the benefit of the Company as required • Promotes and ensures adherence to all Company Rules and Safety Laws where applicable.
