The Maritime Administration has a requirement for: Web Based Parts Locator System for providing National Stock Number (NSN), Allowance Parts List (APL) and Inventory Availability information for Maritime Administration Division Of Logistics Support (MAR-614). Please see Performance Work Statement (PWS) for all requirements of this procurement. Past performance is an element of the selection process. MARAD will use Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQs) and other methods of evaluating past performance. Firms considering submitting a quote should download the attached PPQ form and forward a blank form to current and recent clients.  PPQs arriving from the firm submitting a quote instead of directly from the client will not be considered The clients should be instructed to send the form directly to:
