Request for Proposal SPE4A7-18-R-0501 will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a FIVE base year for NSN 1630-01-082-9843. The item being procured is a Cylinder, Hydraulic.  The Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 17,375 each. This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures for part number 53060-1. Approved source of supply: CAGE: 99643 Eaton Corporation DBA EATON.  This is source controlled item. This is not a commercial item.  Configuration Control applies.  FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin.  DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. The required delivery schedule is 30 days. Solicitation issue date is 31 January 2018.  A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.  From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations."  Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download.  RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).  To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.  This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com.  A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors.
