N00164-15-G-JT90-0004 - SOLE SOURCE - JOB ORDER - RECEIVER - FSC 5895 - NAICS 334511 Anticipated Issue Date: 31 MAY 2018 - Anticipated Closing Date: 02 JUL 2018 - 2:00 PM EST THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER N00164-15-G-JT90. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to issue a Job Order (JO) under a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-15-G-JT90. The BOA was issued to Digital Receiver Technology, Inc. (DRT), 12409 Milestone Center Drive, Germantown, MD 20876. Acquisitions under the BOA have been and will be conducted on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The basis for restricting competition is the requirement for form, fit, and function replacement items. There is not sufficient technical data and duplication of costs to certify another item is not expected to be recovered through competition. In addition, unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency requirement through any other source would impact the mission. As a result of this JO the overall contract ceiling for BOA N00164-15-G-JT90 will remain unchanged. This JO is in support of PMA-262 Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems and will provide an analysis to ensure the MQ-4C Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Triton's interim and sustainment key performance measure for Effective Time on Station (ETOS) is met. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane intends to procure twelve (12) Receivers, P/N DRT1211C-0611V1. The Solicitation will not be posted on FedBizOpps, but sent directly to the sole source contractor. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
