주요업무내용 | This is the position of Manager at Calidas Landmark72 Royal Residence, also responsible for overseeing the operations of the InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72 Hotel.Work location: 23FL, Landmark72, Pham Hung Street, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi. ㅇ Serviced Residence Manager: - Supervise and manage the daily operation of the residence - Conduct daily operation meeting with operation departments leaders - Prepare / review the yearly budget - Establish sales strategy and execute it with the sales team - Market review and create the long term plan - Management of big, main accounts of Calidas - Collect long term guests feedback, and resolve any issue ㅇ Hotel Management Coordinator: - To review the hotel yearly budget, negotiate and finalize the budget. - Manage and review daily & monthly hotel performance - Attend the Monthly Trading Review meeting with the Hotel - Coordinate with the hotel to process the daily hotel operation documents (payment voucher, sales contracts, labor contracts, and so on.) in accordance with the hotel budget - Review with the Hotel for the new and on-going projects (including CAPEX projects) - Coordinate with each department from the Owning company for any support for the hotel operation - Liaise with IHG corporation office for any cooperation. - Analyze hotel performance based on the market intelligence, and evaluate the hotel operation | ||
그 외 자격요건 | - Require the experience in Hospitality Management - The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in any relevant major, but it is required to have certifications (including short-term courses) in hotel management and tourism in order to be considered. | ||
