주요업무내용
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training for efficient and effective resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
- Monitor team performance, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction, implementing strategies to improve performance metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience, aligning with company objectives.
- Prepare and analyze customer service reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and taking appropriate actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex customer issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and finding satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and guidance to the team and customers.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the team, emphasizing the importance of delivering exceptional service and building positive customer relationships.
- Take ownership for team results and provide leadership in continuously monitoring traffic, highlighting discrepancies, and taking immediate action if necessary to achieve company goals and service level.
- Assist in planning and organizing appropriate coverage, aligning staffing to meet operational requirements.

Job Requirements:
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English and Korean languages.
- Possess 2-3 years of experience in people management within the BPO or contact center industry.
- Able to work shifts (including weekends, and public holidays)
- Skilled in using MS Office and proficient in call center equipment and software programs.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations and effectively manage critical customer escalations with composure and respect.
- Proven track record of evaluating, analyzing, implementing, leading, and monitoring processes to improve center efficiency and staff performance.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and effectively meeting different timelines.
- Strong analytical and presentation abilities.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
