그 외 자격요건 | Job Requirements: - Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English and Korean languages. - Possess 2-3 years of experience in people management within the BPO or contact center industry. - Able to work shifts (including weekends, and public holidays) - Skilled in using MS Office and proficient in call center equipment and software programs. - Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations and effectively manage critical customer escalations with composure and respect. - Proven track record of evaluating, analyzing, implementing, leading, and monitoring processes to improve center efficiency and staff performance. - Capable of managing multiple projects and effectively meeting different timelines. - Strong analytical and presentation abilities. - Exceptional time management and multitasking skills. | ||
