The specification has been written by DND based on their operational needs, however other departments can use the specification should they wish to. The attached document will be referenced in solicitations when it is determined by the client that the requirement should include the specification. This is not a bid solicitation. This LOI will not result in the awarding of any contract/Standing Offer/Supply Arrangement, nor will it result in the creation of any source list. As well, the fact of not responding to this LOI will not preclude a supplier to participate in the subsequent procurement process. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
