MANDATORY CRITERIA: Annexes A - Requirement (DND & CSC) Annexes B - Basis of Payment - ？？List of Products？？ (DND & CSC) Pricing: Suppliers must provide a price for each and every item and be able to supply all items as described in both Annexes "B" for DND & CSC. Estimated quantities are for a one (1) year period. The supplier MUST be compliant with the Requirement at Annexes "A",the List of Products at Annexes "B" and Conditions of the Request for Standing Offer. BASIS OF EVALUATION: Only one (1) Standing Offer will be awarded to lowest aggregate bid, total extended cost of all items including DND & CSC, meeting ALL mandatory requirements.
