주요업무내용 | • Support controlling & decision support of P&L and update business KPIs, assisting Sr. financial controller • Coordinate with business partner and headquarter for corporate planning and monitoring to ensure the achievement of financial objectives • Ensure appropriate financial support provided in an effective, timely and professional manner to meet business targets • Assist with business case simulation and coordination • Assist in identifying, appraising strategic initiatives and investment opportunities through business modelling and analysis • Prepare ad hoc commercial finance support as required | ||
그 외 자격요건 | • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance • At least 2-3 years of experience in finance/accounting in FMCG/ MNC/ Manufacturing companies • Working knowledge of local accounting practices and principles, applicable laws, codes and regulations etc. • Attention to detail and accuracy • Strong Data analysis skills (MS Power BI, SQL, etc.) is a plus • Skills: Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and influence with multiple stakeholders in the region and HQ, Creative thinking and problem solving skills, Roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, planning and organizing skills, adaptive to change | ||
