The General Manager of E-commerce represents the entire range of company products and services, while leading and planning the online channels and accounts through maintenance and growth and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company. This role is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. The General Manager of E-commerce focuses on the growth of sales and key merchandising goods for this business, while coordinating closely with internal team members in US and buyers in Korea.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
• Creating a strategic plan to increase sales by developing new products, updating website content, and generating new leads.
• Organizing and overseeing the company’s online advertising campaigns to generate traffic and increase conversion.
• Oversee development of an ecommerce website. Manage the overall user experience, including site navigation, content development in conjunction with the Marketing team, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns.
• Ownership and management of Customer Experience including Design & Aesthetics, Content, Navigation, Information Architecture, Branding/Marketing, Performance, Functionality.
• Ownership and management of Internet marketing including social media integration.
• Effective planning and execution of an ecommerce strategy, working cross-functionally with teams to ensure QA and timely publishing of all web content.
• Participate in building and directing a team of ecommerce professionals that can effectively help develop and execute creative ecommerce solutions.
• Developing new items for various e-commerce channels include Korean online channels and US online channels.
• Direct integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in conversion rates, overall order size and managing margin performance across a variety of product lines.
• Own and manage Internet marketing solutions, social media integration, SEO and other monitoring methodologies and analytics.
• Provide thought leadership, innovation and process optimization initiatives such as implementing ecommerce software and other industry best practices.
• Identify new areas of ecommerce opportunity beyond current offerings.
• Develop and forecast monthly targets and inventory to meet our financial and operational goals.
• Closely monitor plan performance and drive any necessary changes to meet or exceed targets.
• Continuously drive online revenue growth by applying a clear understanding of the brands, consumers and industry trends to our online partner sites, merchandising, content and business strategies.
• Ability to effectively align and integrate ecommerce business strategies with overall strategic sales channel.
• Lead E-commerce strategy: roadmap, budgets, planning, and operational requirements, as well as defining launch and sustain activities.
• Daily leadership and development of direct team.
