주요업무내용 | a) 영업 및 한국인 고객 대응 a) Supports the success of an assigned team of Salespeople, including Account Managers, and Business Development Sales Representatives in the Head Quarter Office b) Coordinate the customer involvement (Ex. Meetings, Price nego) of Head Office personnel when needed, including support resources, team members, and management. c) Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty. d) Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. e) Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines montly/yearly f) Supports initiatives that ensure product profitability. g) Achieves product growth targets in the assigned geography or account base. h) Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards. i) Completes required reporting/analysis within the assigned time frame. j) Develop new customers for new business in the assigned market and product. k) Meeting summary to be sent to the customer and reported internally within 5 days l) Research and report of assigned market and product for new business sales m) Manage A/R Claims to be zero n) Manage A/R Past due 10 days minimum o) Attend internal meetings and prepare reports p) Write weekly or specific reports required by the HQ/ Mexico Office q) Create and update customer profiles to have indept knowledge of each account | ||
