This is a Sources Sought Notice for NSN: 9535-01-569-2367, description armor composite panel.  This panel is manufactured by Safariland, LLC, part number 880173030.  This armor composite panel is used on the Arleigh Burke Class Aegis destroyer to protect sailors operating crew served weapons (CSW).  Safariland, LLC is the sole-source manufacturer of the Armor Composite Panel. Safariland, LLC (CAGE: 0FPA5), part number 880173030 and Bath Iron Works Corporation (CAGE: 70876) part number 46319-028 (reseller) were approved by the Engineering Support Activity (ESA).  The ESA point of contact is Tom McCammon, Email thomas.r.mccammon@navy.mil, Phone 215-897-1083.
