주요업무내용 | 1. Communicate and coordinate with carries to ensure same day IOD (Information of Delivery) is completed. 2. Update Transportation Management System with given information from both internal and external parties. 3. Provide detailed instruction to various customers & associates from other shifts by phone and e-mail. 4. Provide visibility to management and the customer by tracking, process over-sight, auditing, researching and troubleshooting operational issues or functions. 5. Research and verify root cause of same day IOD failures. 6. Communicate with carriers to discuss delivery issues on a day to day basis. 7. Complete various daily, weekly, and monthly analysis and report. 8. Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor 9. Assist with EOM (end of month) closing on the last 2-3 days of every month. | ||
그 외 자격요건 | - Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred - One (1) plus years of experience in Transportation/Supply Chain preferred - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time sensitive situations in a fast paced environment - Excellent problem solving and analytical skills - Must be able to learn and regularly operate various computer systems across different platforms | ||
