The offer due date is on or about 2017OCT06 (See solicitation for actual offerdue date). The solicitation and technical data package should be releasedwithin 15 Days or so. The solicitation will show a requirement of 100% SmallBusiness Set-Aside. This buy will result in a firm fixed price type contract. The solicitation will contain DLAD provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction,which allows for the use of a reverse auction as a pricing technique. After thesolicitation closes, the contracting officer will determine if a reverse auction willbe conducted.
