주요업무내용 | - Forming a HR Strategy linked to the company’s strategy - Improvement, design and operation of Compensation & Benefit systems - Establishment and implementation of manpower recruiting plan corresponding to the business plan - Lead the process of new joiner onboarding and resignation - Facilitator of organization culture improvement - Define a position through job analysis so that it can be used to recruit, evaluate, compensate, and calculate the appropriate number of staffs - Using the computer system related to company tasks (SAP) ▪HR 시스템 구축 및 전략 수립 -직무 분석을 통한 채용 계획 수립,평가 -시스템 구축 등 인사 운영 프로세스 전반/설계 관리 ▪채용 , 평가 보상 , 조직문화 관리 등 ▪ 고용 계약 관리 , 노동법 이슈 대응 등 | ||
