? n'a pas fait l'objet d'une condamnation pour participation a une organisation criminelle, corruption, fraude ou le blanchiment de capitaux;
? n'est pas en etat de faillite ou de liquidation;
? n'a pas fait l'aveu de sa faillite et ne fait pas l'objet d'une procedure de liquidation, de reorganisation judiciaire;
? n'a pas fait l'objet d'une condamnation pour tout delit affectant sa moralite professionnelle;
? en matiere professionnelle, n'a pas commis de faute grave;
? est en regle quant aux paiements des cotisations de securite sociale;
? est en regle quant aux paiements de la TVA et de ses impots;
? ne s'est pas rendu gravement coupable de fausses declarations en fournissant ces renseignements.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Une declaration delivree et signee datant de moins de six mois, par un etablissement financier reconnu jouissant d'un nom et d'une bonne reputation, etabli dans l'Union Europeenne, dont il resulte que la capacite financiere du soumissionnaire est telle qu'il peut mener a bien le marche considere. Cette declaration mentionne:
? que l'etablissement financier met actuellement des lignes de credit a la disposition de la societe et/ou qu'il est dispose a examiner d'eventuelles demandes de credit en vue de l'execution de ce marche;
? que la societe beneficie d'une bonne reputation technique et est dirigee par des personnes competentes et fiables.
Bilans ou extraits de bilan ou comptes annuels des trois derniers exercices comptables selon le schema de la BNB.
Une declaration, signee par un reviseur d'entreprise agree, attestant de la solvabilite du soumissionnaire.
Une declaration relative au chiffre d'affaires global et chiffre d'affaires concernant les fournitures auxquelles se refere ce marche (trois derniers exercices).
L'adjudicataire satisfera aux exigences minimales en matiere d'assurances necessaires a l'execution du contrat. A la demande du pouvoir adjudicateur, il produira egalement les certificats necessaires et informera le pouvoir adjudicateur des eventuelles modifications. Tous les eventuels sous-traitants satisferont egalement aux exigences en matiere d'assurance.
Niveau(x) minimal(aux): La ligne de credit doit de etre du niveau de montant de l'adjudication.
Le chiffre d'affaires relatif aux fournitures doit etre au minimum de 10 000 000 EUR.

2. Une liste de fournitures similaires a ceux faisant l'objet du present avis, executes au cours des cinq dernieres annees.
3. Une declaration mentionnant les effectifs moyens annuels de l'entreprise et l'importance de ses cadres pendant les trois dernieres annees.
4. Une copie de la licence de fourniture d'electricite en Wallonie octroyee par la CWaPE.
5. Une declaration de responsable d'equilibre des fournitures ou declaration d'un tiers agree.
