주요업무내용 | We are currently looking for Universal Bankers to work at our branches in Manhattan, Flushing (Queens, NY) and Fort Lee, NJ. As a central point of contact with our customers, our Universal Bankers make a key contribution to our growth. In this role, you will perform a broad range of tasks of varying complexity and scope, including: 1.Meet with customers and prospects to develop an understanding of their financial objectives and needs, and recommend appropriate products and service solutions to meet their needs. 2.Educate customers about the value and benefits of suggested products and services. 3.Maintain strong product and sales knowledge and champion our core service values. 4.Provide sound advice at every customer interaction to create a positive customer experience and ensure that the customer’s financial needs are met. 5.Meet or exceed your individual sales targets. 6.Provide top-notch customer service and exceed customer expectations, especially when dealing with more complex transactions. 7.Solve problems independently. 8.Efficiently process a range of face-to-face customer transactions – from basic (such as check cashing, withdrawals, and deposits) to complex. 9.Balance cash drawers | ||
그 외 자격요건 | 1.At least one year of related customer service and cash handling experience 2.The ability to make personal connections, engage customers and behave courteously and professionally at all times 3.The desire to work in a team environment and proactively collaborate with your colleagues to provide an outstanding customer experience 4.Strong communication skills 5.The ability to learn products, services and procedures quickly and accurately, and understand how to tailor product and service solutions to customers with differing needs 6.A commitment to meeting all Bank policy and regulatory requirements 7.A college degree or military equivalent strongly preferred; high school degree, GED or foreign equivalent required 8.Ability and willingness to work branch hours 9.Fluency in Korean required 10.Fluency in Chinese a plus | ||
