  Justification for a framework agreement, the duration of which exceeds four years: Ce marche implique des infrastructures informatiques, la duree de 60 mois, permettra au pouvoir adjudicateur de garder ses infrastuctures le plus longtemps possible.

 Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: Les besoins ne sont pas limitatifs, ils peuvent evoluer avec le temps. Le droit du prestataire a fournir/activer un service ou une mise en place resultera de l'introduction par l'intercommunale de bons de commande successifs, au fur et a mesure de ses besoins.
  Le volume de location de service est estime a un montant d'environ 70.000 EUR par an. Ce montant ne constitue cependant qu'une estimation, de sorte qu'aucune penalite ne pourra etre retenue a charge de l'intercommunale au cas ou les quantites reellement commandees ne l'atteindraient pas.
