주요업무내용 | •Collaborating with the Operations, Marketing, IT, medical, cosmetic, and Facility teams to design, implement and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns for both offline and digital channels. •Plan marketing events, especially for cosmetic teams, from the goal-setting phase through execution and ROI analysis. •Monitor trends regarding our competitor's new services and marketing strategies and the overall dermatology industry's trends online and offline. •Manage the most updated information online and help communicate with customers as needed. (i.e., social media pages, google reviews) •Deeply understand our practice's each location's unique demographic target and bring the right marketing solutions by its location. •Follow and maintain brand identity standards. •Direct supervisor may assign other related duties. | ||
그 외 자격요건 | •Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related fields -2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization •Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and G Suite. •Basic data analysis skills. •Experience planning digital campaigns (especially Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads) is strongly preferable. •Experience working with external vendors and agency partners is preferable. •Experience planning events (physical, digital, and hybrid) is preferable. •Bilingual preferred (English, Spanish, Chinese, Korean). Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills. •Ability to work independently and as part of a group. •Eager to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines. •Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. | ||
