주요업무내용 | 1.Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process . 2.Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. 3.Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. 4.Screens applications and selects qualified candidates . 5.Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. 6.Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders. 7.Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details. 8.Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System) 9.Assists with job posting and advertisement processes . 10.Assist team lead and collaborate with other team member on special recruitment projects to execute. 11.Performs other duties as assigned . | ||
그 외 자격요건 | 1.Bilingual in Korean and English 2.Minimum l year of experience in recruiting, staffing or other HR field . 3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics. 4.Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles. 5.Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative . 6.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines . | ||
