주요업무내용 | Job Description - Accurate quantity management through periodic inventory checks - Manage shipping and receiving - Create an invoice and send it to the customer - Control and management of reverse logistics - Providing customers with quotations and responding - Respond promptly to customer inquiries - Handle and resolve customer service issues for quality control and customer satisfaction - Preparation of all shipping documents - Document recording and organizing - Monitor and control container schedules for warehouse - Manage and resolve customer complaints - Data entry, updates and maintenance - Generating and retention of all required reporting for the customer and NGL - Constant communication with warehouse to ensure customers demands are being met | ||
