This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is a Brand Name or Equal 100% Small Business Set-Aside requirement for Raised Flooring. Brand name or equal applies only to CLINs 0001, 0002, 0007, and 0008.

FOB Destination Tinker AFB OK (You must include any shipping in the unit price)

If interested in submitting a quote, please fill out pages 2-5 and the fill-ins for clasue 52.225-18 on page 37 and return a copy of the solicitation.

In addition to these pages, please be sure to include any and all documentation affirming conformance to the prescribed specs specifically the Brand Name or Equal characteristics.

RFQS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 22 December 2016 AT 2:00 PM CENTRAL.
