Lawrence Livermore National Security (LLNS) LLC, the prime contractor responsible for managing/operating Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) for the U.S. Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration (DOE/NNSA), is seeking multiple Architectural Engineering (A-E) firms of various disciplines and sizes to participate in an upcoming solicitation for awards of multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Master Task Agreements (MTAs) for Design Services. Under these agreements, the successful firms will compete to perform either multi-discipline design or specialty design efforts or other design tasks to be performed for the LLNL. Under these agreements, the Subcontractors shall comply with various California codes and standards, federal standards and be required to have certain design documents signed by professional engineers licensed in the state of California.

LLNS estimates the total annual expenditure across all the MTA at between $9M - $14M over a four-year period; however, LLNS neither implies nor guarantees a specific quantity or level of usage. The nature of these projects could be Architectural Engineering, NAICS 541310 or Engineering Services, NAICS 541330, or a combination thereof. Therefore, LLNS requests interested firms complete the attached representations and certifications documents (one per NAICs as applicable) and submit them along with detailed information regarding qualifications and capabilities via email to Nicholas Tevis, at Tevis3@llnl.gov.
