주요업무내용 | -Business development to foster new business relationships -Account management with existing clients -Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective solutions and advice on sourcing the right talent. -Advertise and search for candidates, proactive sourcing of quality candidates through various job portals -Proactive selling and negotiation on multiple levels -Work closely with counterparts for client-candidate interview arrangements, offer to negotiate, contract signing, and onboarding | ||
그 외 자격요건 | -Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any major -At least 2-3 years of Sales experience, preferably in the Recruitment industry -Being fluent in the Korean language in speaking/writing/listening is essential in order to liaise with Korean-speaking clients and candidates. -Experience working in a Japanese company will be an added advantage -Possessing CEI Certification (Basic) is highly preferred! (Must be willing to take the certification before/within probation of joining) | ||
