The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO20 is looking for certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) sources of the following:

This Must be a Brand name or Equal, and must follow the Salient Characteristics:

5744 Oregon Cart

Salient Characteristics: This cart is used to hold dental chairside supplies. (For example dental composite material, amalgamator, rubber dams, bonding materials, etc., for treatment of the dental patient in the operatory. The top of the cart slides to hold other dental equipment (amalgamators). All the other drawers hold specific dental items used for treatment. This needs to be an A-dec product to interface with current A-dec products being used.

Curing Lights:

Salient Characteristics: Mini Led Curing Light - Uses a light spectrum to cure around restorative materials, bonding adhesives and cements, glass ionomer and resin dams for treatment of dental caries. This curing light will attach to the A-dec Dental Chair currently in use. These will be used for two (2) A-dec Dental Chairs that were purchased and received last year.

This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements and is a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) vendor may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 5 days from the date of the publication of this synopsis.

Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Only authorized representatives of the manufacturer will be considered. Equipment must be new, no used or refurbished equipment accepted. Responses are due by 08/24/2019 5:00 pm EST.

In accordance with FAR and VAAR Part 8, this notice document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88, 15 Jun 2016. The North America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334517. Business Size Standard is 1000 Employees.
