*PROCUREMENT TYPE

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis this requirement, in accordance with FAR 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to American Pacific Corporation, 383 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 700, Las Vegas, NV 89169 due to unique capability. American Pacific Corporation is the only known manufacturer of this material with the specific proprietary blend and this material is a direct replacement of existing material where the blend must be exactly the same for testing purposes. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.

Written responses shall be submitted by e-mail to susan.wigfield@navy.mil or mailed to NAWCWPNS, Code 220000D, Attn: Susan Wigfield, 429 East Bowen Road, Mail Stop 4015, China Lake, Ca 93555-6108, All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Written responses shal be submitted by e-mail no later than 5 days from this notice date. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the item without causing programmatic hardship. Electronic delivery of quotations are preferred. If you provide a quote via any other method provide us with the date package was sent, commercial carrier, and tracking number so that we can ensure that your quotation is reviewed for consideration during the award process.

Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within FBO. See the DLIS website for registration details: http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/.
