Solicitation for NSN 5895-01-628-1532 / 0064514409 / SPE4A6-16-R-0845 / Port Concentrator. A copy of the drawings are not available from DLA Aviation. DLA Aviation Richmond intends to awrd a firm-fixed price contract. No Quantity Option. This is a non-critical item. This requirment is unrestricted under the negotiated method of procurement. This item is sole source to Cornet Technology (cage: 0KPC5), P/N CCHA42255-1. This is a non-commercial item. FOB: Origin - Do not add transportation charges. The solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Tranportation (FDT) Program. For the FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.2479059. FOB Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website (http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI) A copy of the solicitaiton will be avialable via the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP). RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). Issue date will be on or about August 19, 2016.
