주요업무내용 | ** Must have experience in Automotive/Hyundai Automotive industry. [DGM / Sr. Manager – Hyundai Project Leader] To manage the new projects with Hyundai & build relationships for further business for GSSG (Chennai) within scope of company strategy. • Co-ordination activities between German (SG), Korea (Hyundai & SG team) & India team (GSSG) for HMI, KIA for ongoing and new projects, RFQs. • Support to Develop & Manage new projects for Chennai plant along with local Program Manager • Routine visits to Hyundai & Kia India to support for new business development and technical meetings. • Responsible for liaison with Korean and Indian seniors in Hyundai & Kia – India & Korean offices for project Engineering (HMIE & HMI). • Support with co-ordination with Korean vendors for Tier 2 supply • Support local team with quality/supply related issues for HMI programs • Liaison with Korean and Indian seniors in Hyundai & Kia in the event of quality/supply problems • Support with co-ordination with Korean suppliers in Chennai for new vendor source development • Liaison with Korean counterpart AIA to share learnings as required for commercial/technical support • To deal with and escalate if necessary to the CEO any conflicts or issues that may endanger the delivery of the agreed business targets for Hyundai projects. • Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services for Hyundai. • Direct and guide the Purchase department in analyzing the market and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability for Korean suppliers & Hyundai Raw Materials • To implement and support the establishment of a competent and efficient program management team at GSSG. • To appropriately manage the different function interfaces between GSSG and the respective JV partners and to coordinate any other shared/supplied resource/s provided by the respective JV partners. • Notwithstanding the above, perform any other duties as may be delegated by the CEO/ Directors related to Hyundai program & sales management. Internal: Close cooperation with CEO/ Directors, managers and employees. External: Represent GSSG as necessary in external matters which will include but not be limited to meetings and appro-priate interfaces with customers, auditors, suppliers, official/local/international entities | ||
그 외 자격요건 | Education: A degree qualified Engineer, who preferably possesses a post graduate degree in management and the ability to demonstrate a defined knowledge of automotive industry operating standards and customer Hyundai expectations. Essential: • Mature personality with a proven track record in new product development leadership and delivering results through people. • One who utilises sound judgement and demonstrates the ability to provide direction and set objectives in pursuit of delivering the required results. • Possessing champion values, an individual who leads by example. • An excellent communicator with the ability to listen and effectively invite and receive response as each situation demands. • International OEM customer experience, at Hyundai • A minimum of 5 years senior project management experience within the automotive industry. • Fluent in English & Korean languages with excellent communication skills with peers & juniors (both written and oral) Desirable: • Previously gained experience in managing a Hyundai projecy in an international JV organisation is a srongly desirable attribute • Experience in manufacturing of any relatable rubber products or processes. • Quick learner with a previous background/ experience in „New Development“ & Project Management | ||
