주요업무내용 | SCM Assistant & CRM(Assistant Manager) Demand Planning (Safety Stock Management through Forecasting) Purchase Order Management Stock Turnover Optimization Order Trend Stabilization Customer Support (First contact (e-mail, phone, system) point for customers for all parts related requests / issues) Prepare Reports for Management Logistics and Warehouse Support Onsite Support (Business trips (Specially in MEA region) for onsite support to the customers) - Keep management updated about the results and issues through regular reporting - Responsible for customer satisfaction by proactive communication. - Improve stock availability by implementing new techniques in demand planning - Reduce suply lead time through innovative ideas | ||
