주요업무내용 | 1. Conduct an audit on invoice details against PO data & follow up with discrepancies 2. Process an AR/AP accurately and timely manner 3. Collect, calculate and input monthly expenses for the two departments 4. Analyze actual and accrual logistics costs and invoice to customer via relevant systems 5. Monitoring and reporting corporate card spending 6. Notify and Follow up on invoices and outstanding selling slips to customer 7. Provide an accurate accrual amount during month end closing 8. Provide an accurate P&L report and itemized summary for warehouse expense 9. Perform all computer data entry to generate and review related reports 10. Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded and send copy to the accounting team on time 11. Maintain all related accounting and bookkeeping records and accounting files in a neat, orderly, and timely manner 12. Assist Human Resources and General Affair duties 13. Participate in Internal and External Monthly meetings 14. Perform ad hoc duties as needed 15. Communicate with vendor and customer in resolving invoice issues 16. Resolves cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information 17. Provides payment information by answering questions and requests 18. Distribute weekly remittance advice to vendors. 19. Contact vendor requesting documents for vendor registration. | ||
그 외 자격요건 | • Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or Logistics preferred. • Entry Level or Minimum 1year experience in Cost Analyst • Excellent analytical and data management skills. • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills • Experiences with SAP or Oracle preferred • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) • Bilingual in Korean/English preferred • Ability to work scheduled hours and any required overtime | ||
