주요업무내용 | [Job Position] Stock & Supplier Chain controller / Online Order processing Job Type: Full-time, Permanent 1. Purchasing the products from the Supplier Monitoring of total stock levels and raising purchase orders with suppliers to fulfill demand forecasts. Liaise with Supplier to ensure stock is available on time Dealing with suppliers to reduce the cost ( Strong communication skills for negotiation) Resolution and communication of supply chain issues 2. Online Shop Order Processing - Dental components order daily processing Dental components order daily e-shop processing/management Communication with the client regarding product sales & any issues 3. Stock controller – Checking and Managing stock level stably Minimize the loss of stock Managing stock minimum / Maximum level ideally 4. High analysis report skill Advanced Excel skills required Sales / Product sales / Stock usage report etc Skillful forecast of product sales quantity and the demand | ||
그 외 자격요건 | 1. English speaker - As we use English in the office, to communicate without any issues in English & Korean 2. Excellent communication skills - for facing valued clients 3. Import/export experience preferred 4. Computer literacy skill - Require highly skillful in Excel 5. Rapid learning skill - Especially if new in dentistry, required to catch up fast. 6. Outgoing personality - Working as a team member in the company, a positive, extroverted person is preferred. 7. Minimum 2-year experience in a similar position. | ||
