주요업무내용 | • Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member • Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with federal and state law. • Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. • Act as a liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations • Employee onboarding/recruiting and staffing • Compensation and benefits administration • Process the invoices from all the branch in United States. • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies • Perform human Resources related tasks • Answer incoming calls for our executive officer and assume other secretarial duties when needed • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items • Manage and maintain various types of company asset, including copy machines and fax machines. • General bookkeeping | ||
