주요업무내용 | ㆍImplementation and stabilization of new sequencing services; ㆍPerform the experimental process to get the DNA sequencing results within the promised time; ㆍSupport the sales by improving the quality of the sequencing and shortening the processing time; ㆍSample receiving and registration in the LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) ㆍReview the sequencing results to improve the experimental protocol and to increase the success rate; ㆍCommunicate with other lab technicians in the laboratory effectively to find the best solutions for the complaints of customers and to improve the results; ㆍAnalyse the sequencing results and discuss with customers; ㆍPrepare and update ISO and Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) documents, and; ㆍEngage in other administrative work to assist sales activity ㆍThe contents mentioned above may be changed according to business relocation, then employees can request rescheduling of workload. | ||
