Q. 이중국적 자녀의 한국입국 문의

 안녕하세요.

제가 한국국적이고 신랑은 중국국적입니다. 

애기는 한국에서 태어나 출생신고 안한상태에서 주한중국대사관에서 중국여행증을 발급받아 중국으로 들어왔습니다. 

개인사정으로 빨리 한국에 가고 싶은데 어떻게 해야 되나요? 

제가 초청해서 가야하는 것인지, 구비서류는 어떤것들이 필요하며 소요시간은 얼마정도 되나요?

A. 안녕하십니까. 대한민국 주 선양총영사관 사증과입니다. 

귀하께서 제기하신 민원을 잘 접수하였으며, 다음과 같이 답변 드립니다. 

귀하의 자녀가 현재 중국측에 출생신고가 되어 있고, 한국측에 출생신고를 하지 않은 상태라면 중국 공안국 출입경관리국에서 중국 여권을 발급받은 후 당관에 국민의 자녀(유효기간 1년, 체류기간 90일의 복수사증) 사증을 신청하실 수 있습니다. 

국민의 자녀 사증 구비서류는 아래와 같습니다.

<초청인 구비서류>

1. 초청장 원본

2. 주민등록증 사본

3. 가족관계증명서 및 혼인관계증명서

<신청인 구비서류>

1. 사증발급신청서 1매(사진부착)

2. 여권(원본 및 사본)

3. 신분증 사본

4. 호구부 원본 및 사본

국민의 자녀사증의 심사기간은 업무일기준 6일이며, 신청인이 직접 방문하여 접수하거나, 당관지정대행사를 통한 대행접수가 가능합니다.

Q. Inquiry about entry into Korea of my child who has dual nationality

I have Korean nationality and my husband has Chinese nationality. My baby was born in Korea. Without registering a birth, I was issued China travel certificate from the Chinese Embassy in Korea and took my baby to China. I have to go back to Korea as soon as possible for personal reasons, what should I do? Please let me know about required documents, required time, etc.

A. Thank you for your inquiry. This is the visa dept. of consular office in Shenyang, China. 

The following information should answer your question.

If you registered your child’s birth in China, you can apply for an entry visa for your child(1 year of the term of validity, 90 days of the length of stay) at this office, after you have been issued Chinese passport from the immigration office of China.

Documents required for visa issuing are as follows;

<Required documents of Sponsor>

1. Original copy of Invitation

2. A copy of ID card

3. Family relation certificate or marriage certificate

<Required documents of applicant >

1. Photo visa application 

2. Passport (original & copy)

3. A copy of ID card

4. Census registration(original & copy)

The pendency period for visa issuing is 6 business days. An applicant can visit and submit an application form in person at this office or entrust it to an agency designated by us.
